# Outcome vs Output Check

Given one or more goal statements, produce a fast, structured assessment of each.

## For each goal, output

1. **Verdict** — Outcome / Output / Hybrid (one line of reasoning).
2. **Score (0–5) on each dimension:**
   - Names a customer or beneficiary
   - Describes a measurable change in behaviour or experience
   - Testable sooner (early signal possible within weeks)
   - Safe (guardrails present, not gameable, safe to miss and learn)
   - Motivating (a team would care about this)
3. **The one question** the goal's author most needs to answer.
4. **A sharper rewrite** — one sentence, outcome-shaped, with a primary measure.

## Rules

- Be honest: most goals people paste are outputs. Say so kindly and specifically.
- Never add more metrics; prefer one primary measure plus at most one guardrail.
- Keep the whole assessment under 200 words per goal.
